Heartland Creek does not sell or disburse any information collected about you. We use the information collected about you for the sole purpose of processing your orders and to provide the best service possible. We may contact you via email periodically with information concerning sales and promotions pertaining to Heartland Creek. You will always have the option to unsubscribe to this service.
Heartland Creek takes great care to keep your personal information secure within our system.
We do not store any financial information provided by you during the order process on our server. All order processes and information sent to us is made through SSL, a standard, secure encryption of data.
Heartland Creek does not require registration to create an account to purchase from us. The advantage to account creation is that you will be able to check your order status from your personal account page. This service is entirely optional.

Return Policies
In general, we do not accept returns. However, if we have misstated the condition of an item offered for sale, and that misstatement affected your decision to purchase, we will gladly accept the return. Please read the product description carefully before purchase.
We will accept returns for damaged items (unless the damage is noted in the description), provided we are notified via email within 3 days of receipt of the item. Specific items (i.e. etched glass mirrors, etc.) have specific return policies listed in the item descriptions. All other items must follow these guidelines. There is a 20% restocking fee for undamaged returns and we do not pay return shipping.
No returns will be accepted without authorization prior to return. No exceptions!
Return and/or damage inquiries must contact us via email at Service@HeartlandCreek.com.
Return requests must include the following:
Your name and address
Order number
Item name
Damage claims should send a picture of the damage, if possible, via email and a detailed description of the damage.
Failure to notify us via email will result in a delay of processing your claim.
Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you, or if the item is out of stock at the time of your claim, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to make the decision to replace or refund. Please retain all original packaging materials to return the item if required by us.
Terms of Service
Heartland Creek currently ships only to U.S.A., Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
Your use of our web site constitutes your acceptance of all of our policies.
Orders may be canceled up to a period of 2 hours after placement. After that time, a cancellation fee of 5% of your canceled order total will be charged. Under no circumstances can an order be canceled after a period of 24 hours or shipment, which ever occurs first.
Our terms of service may be amended from time to time.
Payment Methods
We currently accept payment in the form of all major credit cards, PayPal, and money orders. Payments made via credit card or PayPal is completed using SSL for secure transactions.
Money orders - To pay with a money order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout process to the payment page. Select 'money order' for the payment method. You will end on a page showing your order with the information needed to complete a money order. Please print a copy of the order and mail it along with the money order to the address provided.
Please be aware that the item(s) you wish to purchase may be out of stock by the time we receive your payment. In this instance, we will either refund your payment in full or part*, or issue a store credit.
*Partial refunds apply if more than one item is ordered and we are not able to fulfill your complete order.
